Orders under that amount will be charged a $5 fee for return shipping if the label is used.

Shipping Policy 

Customers enjoy free standard shipping from Francesca’s on orders over $65. Otherwise, the fee for standard shipping is $10.50. You can also choose express or overnight shipping for an additional fee.  You can always apply a promotion code or discount code to your purchase to cut down on the overall cost.

You can avoid shipping fees by having your order delivered to your local store for pickup. Your items do not need to be available already at your local store to choose this option; you can simply select “ship to boutique” to have your entire order sent to the store for pickup.
