Making returns
Agoda's return policy provides guidelines on refunds based on cancelations. On booking, Agoda sends an email specifying the duration during which your cancelation will not attract a penalty. This is usually two weeks before your arrival. If you cancel before then, you'll receive a 100% refund within 10 days.
